Terminal 2 of Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport has 35 airlines flying worldwide to a wide range of major cities. It is the most important airport in India and it links India with many capital cities throughout the world.

The complex is divided into two terminals: Terminal 1 (domestic) and Terminal 3 (domestic and international). Terminal 1 serves solely domestic flights with national carriers GoAir, IndiGo, Jagson and SpiceJet. It is split into areas 1C (arrivals) and 1D (departures). There is also a temporary Hajj Terminal, which deals with the annual crowds arriving as part of the Muslim pilgrimage.

Of note, the distance between the International and Domestic terminals at Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport is about 5 miles / 8 km.

Terminal Information

There are two terminals at the airport, with the International Terminal situated 5 miles / 8 km from the Domestic Terminal at Palam. There are duty-free shops in both the Arrivals and Departures lounges.
